1. Does my service come with voicemail?

Yes, every Digicel customer gets voicemail at no extra cost. For your convenience Digicel has set up automatic diverts to your voicemail if your phone is switched off or unanswered. You will receive a text message informing you that you have a new voicemail.

2. How do I set-up my voicemail ?

It's as easy as 1-2-3! Simply dial 123 and follow the instructions. We recommend that you change your default password from 1234 to one that you can easily remember.

3. Can I check my voicemail from any phone?

Yes you can. You should dial 725 6245 to retrieve your voice messages from a landline. When roaming you can dial +1 268 725 6245 to retrieve your voicemail messages.

4. Is there a charge to access my voicemail from my Digicel phone?

No. Digicel offers free voicemail retrieval for both our prepaid and postpaid customers. 


5. What is the maximum number of voicemail messages that can hold in my mailbox?

You can store up to a maximum of 5 minutes of voicemail messages in your mailbox.

6. What is the storage time for messages?

Voicemail messages are stored as follows:

  • Listened to and saved messages are stored for a maximum of 14 days.
  • Received and not listened to messages are stored for a mximum of 7 days.
  • Listened to but not saved messages are stored for a maximum of 7 days.

Once you have passed these times, your messages will be deleted from your voicemail box.
