What is the 4x Data?

We’ve got you covered. From July, 2018 Digicel will provide Prepaid Customers with 4x Data in all Pick Data + Talk plans.


Where is the 4x Data available?

4x Data is available only on Pick Data + Talk plans. You can activate any of our Pick Data + Talk plans via My Digicel App  at p.mydigicel.net, or by dialing *141# to access the prepaid service menu option 1 “Quick Pick plans”.


Will my Data rollover?

Absolutely, any unused data from your current Pick Data + Talk will rollover, once you purchase a new Pick Data + Talk before the end of the Grace Period. Bonus data will not rollover.


How does my 4x Data work?

Once you purchased a Pick Data + Talk you will automatically receive 4x data to enjoy browsing at any time.


How do I know if my Prepaid plan includes 4x Data?

After you purchase any Pick Data + Talk plan you will receive an SMS indicating that the plan includes a bonus data. You can also check your data balance to make sure the promotion was successfully applied.


If my 4x Data is depleted, am I able to continue accessing data services?

Once your data is depleted, customers will have the option to continue their data session using remaining balance or by purchasing a new data plan, or Pick Data + Talk via My Digicel App at p.mydigicel.net, or by dialing *141# to access the prepaid service menu option 1 “Quick Pick plans”


Do I receive a notification after start using my 4x Data?

Yes, since the 4x Data will be added to the Pick Data + Talk plan as one data allotment balance, you will receive a SMS advising the allotted data and usage period.


How do I check my 4x Data balance?

Customers may check their data balance by visiting My Digicel App at a.mydigicel.net, then navigating to the Account & balances screen or by dialing *141# to access to the option “Plan Management”.


How will I be notified when my Pick Data + Talk with 4x Data expires?                                

Before your Pick Data + Talk expires, you will receive a reminder letting you know that your plan is about to expire. If you do not activate a new Pick Data+ Talk, we'll send you another reminder, just in case you forget.
