VIP Talk


1. What is VIP Talk?

The VIP product is a form of Closed User Group (CUG) and is available to non-corporate customers, i.e. individual Digicel customers - both prepaid and postpaid customers.

A CUG are persons within a predefined “user group” who can make and receive free calls within the same group. A monthly subscription fee applies for each member of the defined CUG. You can set up groups of two or more for one flat fee per month. 

Each member will have either a limited or unlimited amount of minutes to call the other members of the group. These minutes can be specific to particular time periods and the calls are free.



2. How do I activate VIP Talk?

To activate VIP Talk, dial *145*2#, then press SEND and follow the instructions. 

3. How do I check my VIP Talk balance?

For prepaid, you can check your balance by dialling *145#, then press SEND for voice balance and *120*2#, then press SEND for SMS balance. For postpaid, you can check your balance by calling Customer Care.

4. My VIP Talk plan is not active - please assist.

Please call Customer Care on 100 from your mobile phone.
