What is Per Second Billing?
Per Second Billing is a pricing mechanism where all your mobile call charges, including your first minute call charges, are rounded up to the second instead of to the nearest minute or 30 seconds.

What does it mean for customers?
With Per Second Billing our customers have full control over spending, giving peace of mind, and allowing customers to make more calls for the same money.

Example:
You make a call lasting 10 seconds and Digicel will only charge you for 10 seconds. You will not be charged for 1 minute. Simple! And fair!
